Kaphagrasta (कफग्रस्त) refers to one “seized with phlegm”, and is mentioned in verse 2.9 of the Aṣṭāṅgahṛdayasaṃhitā (Sūtrasthāna) by Vāgbhaṭa.—Kaphagrasta appears as bad-kan skyes (“phlegm having arisen”).
