kaḍhaṇēṃ (कढणें).—v i (kaḍha) To undergo scalding, heating, or boiling--milk, oil, butter, wax, and similar unctuous or semisolid substances. The word is rarely applied to the boiling of water. 2 To be heated to fusion--a metal. 3 To get in a passion with, to get hot.
