Kaḍaṅkārīya (कडङ्कारीय).—a. To be fed with straw.

-yaḥ An animal fed with straw, such as a cow or buffalo; नीवारपाकादि कडङ्गरीयैरामृश्यते जानपदैर्न कच्चित् (nīvārapākādi kaḍaṅgarīyairāmṛśyate jānapadairna kaccit) R.5.9.
