軍禮 [jūn lǐ] [jun li]—
The courtesies (禮節 [li jie]) observed in the military (軍隊 [jun dui]). These include 'attention' (注目 [zhu mu]), 'standing at attention' (立正 [li zheng]), 'hand salute' (舉手 [ju shou]), 'sword salute' (舉刀 [ju dao]), 'rifle salute' (舉槍 [ju qiang]), and 'gun salute' (鳴炮 [ming pao]), etc.

浚利 [jùn lì] [jun li]—
The water flows smoothly and unimpeded. From "Han Shu, Volume 29, Treatise on Canals and Ditches (《漢書 [han shu].卷二九 [juan er jiu].溝洫志 [gou xu zhi]》)": "Reaching the sea over 500 li (里 [li]), the waterways (水道 [shui dao]) were dredged and made beneficial, and the waterlogged land (水地 [shui de]) in three commanderies (三郡 [san jun]) was drained, yielding over 200,000 qing (頃 [qing]) of fertile land (美田 [mei tian]), which was sufficient to compensate for the people's fields and residences (民田廬處 [min tian lu chu]) that were opened up and damaged."
浚利:水流暢通無阻。《漢書.卷二九.溝洫志》:「至海五百餘里,水道浚利,又乾三郡水地,得美田且二十餘萬頃,足以償所開傷民田廬處。」

峻厲 [jùn lì] [jun li]—
Stern and severe. From "Records of the Three Kingdoms" (三國志 [san guo zhi]), Volume 12, "Book of Wei" (魏書 [wei shu]), "Biographies of Cui Yan and Others" (崔琰等傳 [cui yan deng chuan]), "Commentary states": "Xu Yi (徐奕 [xu yi]), He Kui (何夔 [he kui]), and Xing Yong (邢顒 [xing yong]) valued and advocated sternness, and were celebrated figures of their time (為世名人 [wei shi ming ren])." From "Book of Jin" (晉書 [jin shu]), Volume 42, "Biography of Wang Hun" (王渾傳 [wang hun chuan]): "At that time (時 [shi]), Hun (渾 [hun]) served as Pushe (僕射 [pu she]). When officials in charge (主者 [zhu zhe]) sometimes handled affairs (處事 [chu shi]) improperly (或不當 [huo bu dang]), Ji (濟 [ji]), with his stern nature (性 [xing]), would correct them strictly according to the law (明法繩之 [ming fa sheng zhi])."
峻厲:峻刻嚴厲。《三國志.卷一二.魏書.崔琰等傳.評曰》:「徐奕、何夔、邢顒貴尚峻厲,為世名人。」《晉書.卷四二.王渾傳》:「時渾為僕射,主者處事或不當,濟性峻厲,明法繩之。」
jùn lì: jùn kè yán lì. < sān guó zhì. juǎn yī èr. wèi shū. cuī yǎn děng chuán. píng yuē>: “xú yì,, hé kuí,, xíng yóng guì shàng jùn lì, wèi shì míng rén.” < jìn shū. juǎn sì èr. wáng hún chuán>: “shí hún wèi pú shè, zhǔ zhě chù shì huò bù dāng, jì xìng jùn lì, míng fǎ shéng zhī.”
