Ex. dōnī kāṭhyā jōḍūna pāhā lāmba kōṇatī mhaṇajē kaḷēla; antharuṇāsī antharūṇa kēvaḷa jōḍūṃ nakō. 4 To yoke or put to (cattle in harness): and fig. to settle in a situation. Ex. pōrālā tyā cākarīvara jōḍūna dyā. 5 To amass, accumulate, gather together, heap up. Ex. saṃsārasambandhēṃ paramārtha jōḍē || aisēṃ kēvīṃ ghaḍē jāṇatē hō ||. 6 To accomplish; to bring about.
