糾舉權 [jiū jǔ quán] [jiu ju quan]—
One of the powers of the 監察院 [jian cha yuan] (Control Yuan). According to the provisions of our country's 《憲法 [xian fa]》 (Constitution), when 監察委員 [jian cha wei yuan] (Control Yuan members) believe that public officials (公務人員 [gong wu ren yuan]) have committed illegal acts (違法 [wei fa]) or dereliction of duty (失職 [shi zhi]), and should first be suspended (停職 [ting zhi]) or undergo other emergency measures (緊急處分 [jin ji chu fen]), they may, after proposal (提議 [ti yi]), review (審查 [shen cha]), and decision (決定 [jue ding]) by 監察委員 [jian cha wei yuan] (Control Yuan members), submit a 糾舉案 [jiu ju an] (jiūjǔ àn) in writing (書面 [shu mian]) to their direct supervisor (主管長官 [zhu guan zhang guan]) or superior officer (上級長官 [shang ji zhang guan]).
糾舉權：監察院的職權之一。根據我國《憲法》的規定，監察委員認為公務人員有違法或失職行為，應先予以停職或做其他緊急處分時，得經監察委員提議、審查及決定，以書面向其主管長官或上級長官提出糾舉案。
