jīnagara (जीनगर).—m ( P) A caste, or an individual of it, of leather-workers. They make saddles and bridles, the traces and leathern gear of guns &c., and the sundries of the cavalry and park of an army. They make also images of the idols and miscellaneous knickknacks.
