家資 [jiā zī] [jia zi]—
Family-owned property. From "Romance of the Three Kingdoms" (《三國演義 [san guo yan yi]》), Chapter 35: "If Mengde (孟德 [meng de]) has great ambitions, I am willing to use my family assets to assist him." Also referred to as "家產 [jia chan]" (jiāchǎn) or "家財 [jia cai]" (jiācái).

家資:家庭所有的財產。《三國演義》第三五回:「即孟德有大志,願將家資相助。」也作「家產」、「家財」。

From Romance of the Three Kingdoms (《三國演義 [san guo yan yi]》), Chapter Six (第六回 [di liu hui]): "However, Yuan Shao (袁紹 [yuan shao])'s followers (門下 [men xia]) killed their kinsmen (宗黨 [zong dang]) and confiscated their family assets."

架子 [jià zi] [jia zi]—
1. An object used for placing items or for support. From Water Margin (《水滸傳 [shui hu chuan]》), Chapter 55: "Immediately, they set up (frames/scaffolding) by the water, preparing to fire cannons (火砲 [huo pao]) and attack the stockade (寨柵 [zhai shan])."
2. Airs, show, ostentation, display. For example: "She doesn't put on any (airs) of a big star (大明星 [da ming xing])." From Dream of the Red Chamber (《紅樓夢 [hong lou meng]》), Chapter 2: "Their daily expenditures and ostentation (排場 [pai chang]) could not be easily reduced. 3. Figure, build, frame. For example: "衣 [yi] (clothes hanger, referring to someone with a good figure for clothes)", "Her (frame/build) is small, so she can't carry wide clothes (衣服 [yi fu])."
4. A move or stance in martial arts (武術 [wu shu]). From Selected Yuan Dramas, Supplementary Collection: Unicom Bull (《元曲選外編 [yuan qu xuan wai bian].獨角牛 [du jiao niu]》), Act 1: "This one performs a (stance/move), first entangling the hands."
