Source: OSU Press: Cakrasamvara SamadhiJalārgha (जलार्घ) refers to a “water offering”, according to the Sūryārgha (sun offering) ritual often performed in combination with the Cakrasaṃvara Samādhi, which refers to the primary pūjā and sādhanā practice of Newah Mahāyāna-Vajrayāna Buddhists in Nepal.—Accordingly, “[...] To Śrī Sūrya, a water offering (jalārgha), homage. Offering again, homage. A foot offering, homage. To the invocation of Śrī Sūrya the divine [… Show incense to the ritual lamp.] To the worshipful Śrī Sūrya the divine [… Place foot offering.] [...]”.
