Source: Wisdom Library: Dharma-samgrahaJālābaddhāṅgulipāṇipādatala (जालाबद्धाङ्गुलिपाणिपादतल) or Jālābaddhāṅgulipāṇipādatalatā refers to “fingers, palms and soles bound with nets” and represents the third of the “thirty-two marks of a great man” (lakṣaṇa) as defined in the Dharma-saṃgraha (section 83). The Dharma-samgraha (Dharmasangraha) is an extensive glossary of Buddhist technical terms in Sanskrit (e.g., jālā-baddhāṅguli-pāṇi-pāda-tala). The work is attributed to Nagarguna who lived around the 2nd century A.D.
