Irāmañjarīpūjā (इरामञ्जरीपूजा) is the name of a festival that once existed in ancient Kashmir (Kaśmīra) as mentioned in the Nīlamatapurāṇa.—Irāmañjarīpūjā proceeds as folows: After the festival celebrating Nikumbha’s departure there occurs the festival of Irā-flowers. Irāmañjarī is deemed to be the incarnation of a nymph who, being attached to Viśvāvasu, was cursed by Indra to become a plant on the Himālaya. The rites prescribed for this festival are: Visit to Irā-garden; worship of Irāmañjarī with flowers, eatables and lamps; common feast in Irā-garden; honouring the Brāhmaṇas, the friends, the wife and the relatives with Irā-flowers and garlands of Irā-flowers; taking drinks mixed with Irā-flowers and offering Irā-flowers to Keśava, Rudra, Brahmā, the Sun, the Moon, Lakṣmī, Durgā, the Nāgas and the Nāga-chief Nīla.
