Source: archive.org: Puranic EncyclopediaIlibilā (इलिबिला).—The wife of Viśravas and mother of Kubera. Viśravas was born as the son of Pulastya, one of the Prajāpatis by Māninī. Viśravas had two wives, Kaikasī and Ilibilā alias Devavarṇinī and Vaiśravaṇa (Kubera) was born of Ilibilā. Hence Kubera is called Ailibili also; To Viśravas was born by Kaikasī, Rāvaṇa, Vibhīṣaṇa, Kumbhakarṇa and Śūrpaṇakhā.

The Purana (पुराण, purāṇas) refers to Sanskrit literature preserving ancient India’s vast cultural history, including historical legends, religious ceremonies, various arts and sciences. The eighteen mahapuranas total over 400,000 shlokas (metrical couplets) and date to at least several centuries BCE.
