hillāharakata (हिल्लाहरकत).—f ( A & A) A comprehensive or general term for evasive tricks and acts;--for all obstacles feigned and difficulties made with the purpose of evading the payment of a debt urged or the performance of a service rightfully imposed. It differs little from harakata q. v. See also hallāharakata with which word it is often confounded.
