hilagaṇēṃ (हिलगणें).—v c ( H) To suspend or tie (unto) loosely; to tie (unto or at, together, around itself &c.) in a loose, slack, and hanging manner; to stitch (sheets of paper &c. together); to confine by slack binding about (bundles, baskets &c.) 2 To keep dangling &c. See hilagaḍaṇēṃ v c.
