Source: academia.edu: The Chronology of Ancient Gandhara and BactriaThe famous Vidisha pillar inscription in Brahmi script informs us that Heliodorus, the son of Diya or Dios, a resident of Takshashila and an ambassador of Yavana King Antialkita, visited Vidisha and erected a Garuda Dhvaja in a Vasudeva Temple. Heliodorus claimed himself to be Bhāga vata i.e. a devotee of Vasudeva. He referred the contemporary Indian King Kasiputra Bhagabhadra. Evidently, Heliodorus visited the court of King Bhagabhadra who was ruling in Vidisha.
