hagarī (हगरी).—f hagarēṃ n (hagaṇēṃ) A stool, a raised seat, an arrangement of stones, a dug hole &c. for the convenient disburdening of nature: also the little frame, for this purpose, suspended from the side of a ship &c.: also the hole in the stool or seat: also the hole on the top of a thārōḷēṃ through which fall the ashes of the burned wood under the kaḍhaī or boiler. hagarī (probably not hagarēṃ) is further A common term for the little heaps of manure deposited in a field, to be scattered over it.
