[...] She generates the energy of eternal bliss and has merged into the Bliss of Stillness (nirānanda—i.e. Śiva). Blissful and delighted, she is satisfied and her form is blissful. She is the supreme Command and her form is the Void. She pierces through the moving and immobile (universe). Her nature is the Void (vyomarūpā) and she resides within the secret Void [i.e., guhyavyoman-antavartinī]. The energy that utters itself, she abides as 100,000 repetitions of mantra.
