Granthadhāraṇī (ग्रन्थधारणी) or simply Grantha refers to “the rentention of a book” and represents the “four retentions” (dhāraṇī) as defined in the Dharma-saṃgraha (section 52). The Dharma-samgraha (Dharmasangraha) is an extensive glossary of Buddhist technical terms in Sanskrit (eg., grantha-dhāraṇī). The work is attributed to Nagarjuna who lived around the 2nd century A.D.
