Gandharvapravara (गन्धर्वप्रवर) refers to the “chief of Gandharvas”, according to the Śivapurāṇa 2.3.46 (“The arrival of the bridegroom”).—Accordingly, as Brahmā narrated to Nārada: “[...] The young ladies proclaimed that the daughter of the mountain was fortunate. Some girls said that she had become a goddess. Some said—‘Such a bridegroom has never been seen, not to our knowledge’. Some girls said to Menā—‘Pārvatī is really blessed’. The chief of Gandharvas [e.g., gandharvapravara] sang songs. The celestial damsels danced. On seeing Śiva’s lovely form, the gods were delighted. [...]”.
