非境 [fei jing]—(fēi jìng) — [Term] The realm or state of evil and impropriety (邪非 [xie fei]). The Commentary on the Basic Precepts (戒本疏 [jie ben shu]), Volume 1, Part 1, states: "Relying on the moon, we reiterate, using it to purify (清 [qing]) the realm of impropriety."

非境—【術語】邪非之境界也。戒本疏一上曰:「依月再說,用清非境。」
