法身塔 [fa shen ta]—The pagoda where abides a spiritual relic of Buddha: the esoteric sect uses the letter पं as such an abode of the dharmakāya.

法身塔 [fa shen ta]—Dharma-body Stupa — [From the section Hall and Stupa (堂塔 [tang ta])] This refers to those who write the Dharma-body Verse (法身偈 [fa shen ji]) and enshrine it.
Volume 4 of the Nanhai Jigui Neifa Zhuan (寄歸傳 [ji gui chuan]) states: "Some accumulate [relics] into a heap, encasing them with bricks, thereby forming a Buddha Stupa (佛塔 [fu ta]). Or they are placed in an open wilderness, left to disintegrate naturally. In the West, both monastics and laity (法俗 [fa su]) universally engage in this practice. (omission) When constructing [a stupa], two kinds of sarira (舍利 [she li]) are placed within it: one is the bodily remains of the Great Master [Buddha], and the second is the verse on dependent origination (緣起法頌 [yuan qi fa song]). The verse states: 'All dharmas arise from causes; the Tathagata has explained these causes. And the cessation of these causes, this too has been taught by the Great Shramana.' (Dharma-body Verse) [From the section Hall and Stupa] This is a stupa where Dharma-body sarira (法身舍利 [fa shen she li]) are enshrined. In Esoteric Buddhism (密教 [mi jiao]), the Sanskrit character (梵字 [fan zi]) "Vam" is regarded as a Dharma-body Stupa. This is because it is the seed-syllable form (種子形 [zhong zi xing]) of the Dharma-realm (法界 [fa jie]), and its round shape resembles a stupa. The Vajraśekhara Sūtra Commentary (金剛頂義決 [jin gang ding yi jue]) states: "The character 'Vam' is the seed (種 [zhong]) of the Dharma-realm, its form resembles a round stupa (圓塔 [yuan ta]), and it is therefore called a Dharma-body Stupa."
法身塔—【堂塔】書法身偈而藏之者。寄歸傳四曰：「或積為聚，以磚裏之，即成佛塔。或置空野，任其銷散。西方法俗莫不以此為業。（中略）當作之時中安二種舍利：一謂大師身骨，二謂緣起法頌。其頌曰：諸法從緣起，如來說是因，彼法因緣盡，是大沙門說。」參照法身偈條。(法身偈)

[táng tǎ] ān zhì fǎ shēn shě lì zhī tǎ yě. mì jiào yǐ fàn zì zōng wèi fǎ shēn tǎ, yǐ cǐ shì fǎ jiè zhī zhǒng zi xíng, yuán shì tǎ gù yě. jīn gāng dǐng yì jué yuē: “zōng zì fǎ jiè zhǒng, xiāng xíng rú yuán tǎ, shì míng fǎ shēn tǎ.”
[tang ta] shu fa shen ji er cang zhi zhe. ji gui chuan si yue: "huo ji wei ju, yi zhuan li zhi, ji cheng fu ta. huo zhi kong ye, ren qi xiao san. xi fang fa su mo bu yi ci wei ye.
