Errabālem is an archaeologically important site situated in Cumbum-taluk (Kurnool district, Madras), known for inscriptions regarding the ancient history of India. For example, at Errabālem there is a pillar of a maṇḍapa at the foot of the Rāmaliṅgeśvara temple which records the consecration of the images of the deities Lakṣmī and others and the setting up of the pillars for the swing (uyyāla) by Kannelūri Papaya Aṅkamaṃgāru at Brahma guṇḍam in Yerrabālem. It is dated Śaka 1530.
