二迴向四願 [er hui xiang si yuan]—Two Kinds of Transference and Four Vows — [Term] In Jōdo Shinshū (淨土真宗 [jing tu zhen zong]), this refers to the going aspect (往相 [wang xiang]) [to the Pure Land] and the returning aspect (還相 [hai xiang]) [to this world] of sentient beings, which are transferred (迴向 [hui xiang]) by the power of Amitābha's Primal Vow (本願力 [ben yuan li]). The two kinds of transference, going and returning (往還二迴向 [wang hai er hui xiang]), correspond to the Four Vows.

二迴向四願—【名數】淨土真宗,謂眾生之往相,還相,為彌陀之本願力所迴向也。往還二迴向配於四願。
