Source: archive.org: Puranic EncyclopediaDvaipāyanam (द्वैपायनम्).—A lake in Kurukṣetra. During the battle of Bhārata, Duryodhana ran away from the battlefield and hid himself in this lake. (Mahābhārata Śalya Parva, Chapter 80, Stanza 47).
