多財善賈 [duō cái shàn jiǎ] [duo cai shan jia]—
It is a metaphor for how having sufficient conditions and something to rely on makes it easy to get things done. From Zhuzi Yulei (朱子語類 [zhu zi yu lei]), Volume 41, Analects of Confucius (論語 [lun yu]), "Taibo" (泰伯 [tai bo]) chapter: "Like '' (duō cái shàn gǔ), one must accumulate a lot here, so that if I want to buy, I can, and if I want to sell, I can." It is also written as "多錢善賈 [duo qian shan jia]" (duō qián shàn gǔ).
多財善賈:比喻具備充分條件、有所憑藉,就容易辦事。《朱子語類.卷四一.論語.泰伯篇》:「如多財善賈,須多蓄得在這裡,看我要買也得,要賣也得。」也作「多錢善賈」。
