To accumulate and store (堆積貯藏 [dui ji zhu cang]). From The Scholars (儒林外史 [ru lin wai shi]), Chapter 39: "He ordered Mu Nai (木耐 [mu nai]) to lead the troops, transform the captured banners into scaling ladders (雲梯 [yun ti]), take two hundred soldiers, each with a bundle of dry bamboo (枯竹 [ku zhu]) concealed on their person, go to a secluded place west of their city, climb up the city wall, and set fire to their accumulated grain and fodder (糧草 [liang cao]) storage."

From "Book of Song" (《宋書 [song shu]》), Volume 99 (《卷九九 [juan jiu jiu]》), "Biographies of Two Villains" (《二凶列傳 [er xiong lie chuan]》), "Yuanxiong Shao" (《元凶劭 [yuan xiong shao]》): "Princess Linhe's (臨賀公主 [lin he gong zhu]) southern residence (南第 [nan di]) previously had a servant who wanted to marry. It was also heard that this servant adopted another person's slave as a son. Yet you employed him as a 队主 [dui zhu] (duì zhǔ) [squad leader]. How could his promotion be so fast?"
