dubērajī (दुबेरजी).—a (dōna & bērīja) Twice brought to account; regularly entered; i. e. a sum is first set down under the name of him from whom it is received, or to whom it is advanced for expenditure; and afterwards accounted for under the articles purchased, payments &c. made. Used with jamā- kharca-hiśēba-lihiṇēṃ-kīrda-kārakūna-&c. indicating such account or writing, the keeper of such account &c. 2 Applied also to money received for another, entered on the jamā side, and remitted; entered afterwards upon the kharca side upon intelligence of its having been received and credited.
