Dharmaratnasūri (धर्मरत्नसूरि) is the name of a teacher in the lineage of Jayavantasūri: the author of the Ṛṣidattārāsa (dealing with the lives of Jain female heroes), which is included in the collection of manuscripts at the ‘Vincenzo Joppi’ library, collected by Luigi Pio Tessitori during his visit to Rajasthan between 1914 and 1919.—Jayavantasūri, alias Guṇasaubhagya, pupil of Upādhyāya Vinayamaṇḍana, pupil of Dharmaratnasūri, as he describes himself in several of his writings. The work contains 41 ḍhālas. The heroine Ṛṣidattā exemplifies the virtuous wife (satī).
