大有經 [da you jing]—The Mahābhāva Sūtra — [Sutra Name (經名 [jing ming])] It is the discourse on the category of Great Existence (大有句義 [da you ju yi]) among the Six Categories (六句義 [liu ju yi]) of the Vaiśeṣika (勝論 [sheng lun]) school. The Humane King Sutra (仁王經 [ren wang jing]) states: "The afflictions of all sentient beings do not extend beyond the storehouse of the Three Realms; the karmic retributions and the twenty-two faculties (二十二根 [er shi er gen]) of all sentient beings do not extend beyond the Three Realms (三界 [san jie]); the manifested Dharma-bodies of all Buddhas also do not extend beyond the Three Realms. If there are no sentient beings outside the Three Realms, whom would the Buddhas transform? Therefore, I say: the notion that there is a separate realm of sentient beings outside the Three Realms is taught in the externalist (外道 [wai dao]) Mahābhāva Sūtra, and is not taught by the Seven Buddhas (七佛 [qi fu])." The Awakening of Faith in the Mahayana (起信論 [qi xin lun]) states: "If it is said that there are sentient beings arising anew outside the Three Realms, then this is taught in an externalist sutra." Liangben's Commentary on the Humane King Sutra (良賁仁王疏 [liang bi ren wang shu]) states: "If it is said that there are sentient beings outside the realms, then this is taught in the Mahābhāva Sūtra within the Six Categories of the externalist Vaiśeṣika school, and is not a Buddhist (佛教 [fu jiao]) teaching."
大有經—【經名】勝論六句義中之說大有句義者。仁王經上曰：「一切眾生煩惱不出三界藏，一切眾生果報二十二根不出三界，諸佛應化法身亦不出三界。三界外無眾生，佛何所化？是故我言：三界外別有一眾生界藏者外道大有經中說，非七佛之所說。」起信論曰：「若說三界外更有眾生始起者，即外道經說。」良賁仁王疏中一曰：「若言界外有眾生者，即是外道吠世史迦六句義中大有經說非佛教也。」
[jīng míng] shèng lùn liù jù yì zhōng zhī shuō dà yǒu jù yì zhě. rén wáng jīng shàng yuē: “yī qiè zhòng shēng fán nǎo bù chū sān jiè cáng, yī qiè zhòng shēng guǒ bào èr shí èr gēn bù chū sān jiè, zhū fú yīng huà fǎ shēn yì bù chū sān jiè. sān jiè wài wú zhòng shēng, fú hé suǒ huà？ shì gù wǒ yán: sān jiè wài bié yǒu yī zhòng shēng jiè cáng zhě wài dào dà yǒu jīng zhōng shuō, fēi qī fú zhī suǒ shuō.” qǐ xìn lùn yuē: “ruò shuō sān jiè wài gèng yǒu zhòng shēng shǐ qǐ zhě, jí wài dào jīng shuō.” liáng bì rén wáng shū zhōng yī yuē: “ruò yán jiè wài yǒu zhòng shēng zhě, jí shì wài dào fèi shì shǐ jiā liù jù yì zhōng dà yǒu jīng shuō fēi fú jiào yě.”
[jing ming] sheng lun liu ju yi zhong zhi shuo da you ju yi zhe. ren wang jing shang yue: "yi qie zhong sheng fan nao bu chu san jie cang, yi qie zhong sheng guo bao er shi er gen bu chu san jie, zhu fu ying hua fa shen yi bu chu san jie. san jie wai wu zhong sheng, fu he suo hua? shi gu wo yan: san jie wai bie you yi zhong sheng jie cang zhe wai dao da you jing zhong shuo, fei qi fu zhi suo shuo." qi xin lun yue: "ruo shuo san jie wai geng you zhong sheng shi qi zhe, ji wai dao jing shuo." liang bi ren wang shu zhong yi yue: "ruo yan jie wai you zhong sheng zhe, ji shi wai dao fei shi shi jia liu ju yi zhong da you jing shuo fei fu jiao ye."
