1) 大寶坊 [da bao fang]—The "great precious region" described in the 大集 [da ji] sutra as situated between the world of desire and the world of form.
2) 大寶坊 [da bao fang]—The place between the desire-world and the form-world where Buddha expounded the 大集經 [da ji jing].

大寶坊 [da bao fang]—The Great Treasure Abode — [Name of a realm] It is the place where the Mahasamghata Sutra (大集經 [da ji jing]) was preached. It is located in the middle of the two realms of desire and form (欲色二界 [yu se er jie]). Volume 1 of the Mahasamghata Sutra states: "By the merits and supernatural power of the Buddha, a great abode (大坊庭 [da fang ting]) appeared in the middle of the two realms of desire and form, like a trichiliocosm (三千大千世界 [san qian da qian shi jie]). (Omitted in the middle) At that time, the World-Honored One arrived at the Treasure Abode and ascended the lion throne (師子座 [shi zi zuo])." Volume 5 of the same [sutra] states: "At that time, the World-Honored One was still in the Great Treasure Abode, upon the lion throne, in the middle of the two realms of desire and form, surrounded by the great assembly, preaching the Dharma."
大寶坊—【界名】大集經之說處也。在欲色二界之中間。大集經一曰:「以佛功德威神力故,於欲色二界中間出大坊庭,猶如三千大千世界。(中略)爾時世尊至寶坊中昇師子座。」同五曰:「爾時世尊,故在欲色二界中間大寶坊中師子座上,與諸大眾圍繞說法。」
[jiè míng] dà jí jīng zhī shuō chù yě. zài yù sè èr jiè zhī zhōng jiān. dà jí jīng yī yuē: “yǐ fú gōng dé wēi shén lì gù, yú yù sè èr jiè zhōng jiān chū dà fāng tíng, yóu rú sān qiān dà qiān shì jiè. (zhōng lüè) ěr shí shì zūn zhì bǎo fāng zhōng shēng shī zi zuò.” tóng wǔ yuē: “ěr shí shì zūn, gù zài yù sè èr jiè zhōng jiān dà bǎo fāng zhōng shī zi zuò shàng, yǔ zhū dà zhòng wéi rào shuō fǎ.”
[jie ming] da ji jing zhi shuo chu ye. zai yu se er jie zhi zhong jian. da ji jing yi yue: "yi fu gong de wei shen li gu, yu yu se er jie zhong jian chu da fang ting, you ru san qian da qian shi jie. (zhong lue) er shi shi zun zhi bao fang zhong sheng shi zi zuo." tong wu yue: "er shi shi zun, gu zai yu se er jie zhong jian da bao fang zhong shi zi zuo shang, yu zhu da zhong wei rao shuo fa."
