Source: DDSA: The Molesworth Marathi and English Dictionarycōraṇēṃ (चोरणें).—v c (cōra) To steal. 2 To conceal, suppress, hide from (a matter): also to cover or hide gen. Pr. gōrī āṇi hajāra khōdyā cōrī. 3 To do clandestinely or by stealth. aṅga cōraṇēṃ To spare one's self; to save one's strength; i. e. to work lazily. Used in like manner of all the limbs and members; as hāta-pāya-ḍōḷē- &c.-cōraṇēṃ. cōrūna mārūna (Used with -pōṭa bharaṇēṃ- khāṇēṃ &c.) By violent and lawless acts--subsisting: or (with -jāṇēṃ-yēṇēṃ-phiraṇēṃ-śinaḷakī karaṇēṃ &c.) Privily, furtively, clandestinely, by stealth.
