cilhāra (चिल्हार).—m cillarakharca m (Revenue-term. cillara Canarese word signifying small, and kharca) The non-descript, petty, or minor expenses. cillarajamā f The minor items of revenue; cillara dēṇēṃ ghēṇēṃ n Business on a small scale; cillaramaṇḍaḷī f An assembly or company made up of little ones; cillara- sāmāna Petty or trifling articles. cillarakharca is now inserted in the revenue-accounts for gāṃvakharca, and also for the sum allowed to the Native revenue-servants for contingent expenses.
