1. [Telugu: cikkana.] Hardness, strength; திண்மை. [thinmai.] (ஈடு-முப்பத்தாறுயிரப்படி [idu-muppatharuyirappadi], 5, 8, 3.)
2. Hardness of heart; மனவன்மை. அஞ்சத்தக்கதுன் சிக்கனவே [manavanmai. anchathakkathun sikkanave] (திருக்கோவையார் [thirukkovaiyar] 343).
3. Firmness of mind; மனவுறுதி. சிக்கனவுடனே நின்று [manavuruthi. sikkanavudane ninru] (திருவாலவாயுடையார் திருவிளையாடற் [thiruvalavayudaiyar thiruvilaiyadar] 56, 8).
