傳通 [chuan tong]—(chuántōng) — [術語 [shu yu]] Whether across East and West, or from ancient to modern times, the Dharma (教法 [jiao fa]) is transmitted and widely propagated (弘通 [hong tong]).
Zonglun Lunshu Ji (宗輪論述記 [zong lun lun shu ji]) Vol. 1 states: "Fully transmitted and propagated, the Way has never ceased."
Xingzong Ji (行宗記 [xing zong ji]) Vol. 1, Part 1 states: "Transmitted and propagated throughout ancient and modern times."
