Shame and humiliation. From Wen Xuan (文選 [wen xuan]), Jia Yi's (賈誼 [jia yi]) "On the Faults of Qin" (過秦論 [guo qin lun]): "Therefore, Yi Yin (伊尹 [yi yin]) endured shame and humiliation, carrying the tripod and cutting board (負鼎俎 [fu ding zu]), and harmonized the five flavors (和五味 [he wu wei]) to seek an audience with Tang (湯 [tang])."
恥辱：羞恥侮辱。《文選．賈誼．過秦論》：「故伊尹蒙恥辱，負鼎俎，和五味以干湯。」
