Source: Google Books: ManthanabhairavatantramCarcya (चर्च्य) refers to the “object of reflection”, according to the Jayadrathayāmala verse 4.5.66-67ab.—Accordingly, “Carcikā reflects (carcayet) in (the Yoni which is) the pavilion of Kula, on the object of reflection (carcya), which is consciousness. He who reflects on all the worlds, also reflects here (in daily life). She resounds within him powerfully and so she is Carcikā Rāviṇī (the Resounding Carcikā)”.
