Source: Shodhganga: The Kavyamimamsa of RajasekharaCandrācala (चन्द्राचल) is the name a locality mentioned in Rājaśekhara’s 10th-century Kāvyamīmāṃsā.—It is a peak of the Himālayās, wherefrom the river Candrabhāga rises. This also known as Candrabhāga in the Purāṇas. The Candragiri, the sacred place to the Jains, which is situated near seringapatam is apparently different from this and Rājaśekhara’s Kāvyamīmāṃsā locates this mountain in the northern India.
