1) Cakreśī (चक्रेशी) [=Cakreśi?] refers to the “mistress of the wheel” [?], according to the Devīpañcaśataka, an important source of the Kālīkrama that developed in Kashmir after the Kālī Mata of the Jayadrathayāmala.—Accordingly, “[...] It is Śiva’s will in the form of the Transmental and With Mind, (arisen as) both non-dual and dual (respectively). [...] And (that energy) With Mind generates the Five-fold Reality within this universe. The Transmental, who is Śiva’s capacity (to do all things), bestows the most excellent knowledge. She, the Supreme Goddess, again then spontaneously devours the universe. The permutation (of the Transmental) is said to be the Light that precedes the mistress of the Wheel of Rays [i.e., puñja-cakreśi-pūrvaga] (of divine consciousness). [...]”.

2) Cakreśī (चक्रेशी) refers to one of the six Goddesses (parā-ṣaṭka) associated with Pūrṇagiri or Pūrṇapīṭha (which is located in the northern quarter), according to the Manthānabhairavatantra, a vast sprawling work that belongs to a corpus of Tantric texts concerned with the worship of the goddess Kubjikā.—[...] The six Goddesses: Pūrṇāvvā, Pulindinī, Jyeṣṭhā, Caṇḍā, Cakreśī, Klinnā.
