Source: Google Books: ManthanabhairavatantramCakrādhirūḍhā (चक्राधिरूढा) refers to “she who is mounted on a wheel”, according to the Manthānabhairavatantra, a vast sprawling work that belongs to a corpus of Tantric texts concerned with the worship of the goddess Kubjikā.—Accordingly, “[...] I salute the conscious nature present on all the planes (of existence), the venerable goddess Kulālī. Mounted on millions of wheels [i.e., koṭi-cakrādhirūḍhā], (her) plane (of being) is well prepared and (her) movement is attracted by the foundation (of all that exists). Supreme, she has elevated every soul and removes (all that is) born of illusion. With the mass of the rays (of her divine light), full of the essence of nectar, she nourishes creation. [...] ”.
