2) Bṛhadbhāsā (बृहद्भासा).—A daughter of the Sun. It is mentioned in the Mahābhārata, Vana Parva, Chapter 221, Stanza 9, that Bṛhadbhāsā was the wife of the Agni (fire) called Bhānu.
