Source: archive.org: Catalogue of Pancaratra Agama TextsBrahmasṛṣṭi (ब्रह्मसृष्टि) refers to the “creation of Brahmā, etc.”, as discussed in chapter 3 (Jñānapāda) of the Padmasaṃhitā: the most widely followed of Saṃhitā covering the entire range of concerns of Pāñcarātra doctrine and practice (i.e., the four-fold formulation of subject matter—jñāna, yoga, kriyā and caryā) consisting of roughly 9000 verses.—Description of the chapter [brahmā-ādi-sṛṣṭi-prakāra]: [...] Brahmā’s part in creation is now detailed: Nārāyaṇa, having created the waters [toya] goes to His banyan tree where He lies down with the serpent Ananta. Out of His navel grows a lotus wherefrom Brahmā emerges (1-6a). Brahmā himself then creates some Yogins who refuse to do their part in creation; Brahmā’s reaction to this refusal causes him to knit his eyebrows in anger—from which spot Rudra is born (7b-11).
