An Arahant. Ninety four kappas ago he built a pavilion by the Bodhi tree of Siddhattha Buddha. Sixty five kappas ago he became king in Kasika, which city was built for him by Vissakamma, ten leagues long and eight broad. His palace was called Mangala. Ap.ii.401.
