勃洛大哥拉 [bó luò dà gē lā] [bo luo da ge la]—
(c. 485–410 BC) The founder of the Greek Sophist school (希臘詭辯學派 [xi la gui bian xue pai]) and a renowned thinker. He taught logic (論理學 [lun li xue]) and rhetoric (修辭學 [xiu ci xue]). Socrates (蘇格拉底 [su ge la di]) rejected his theories, and the Athenian government expelled him for advocating atheism (無神論 [wu shen lun]).
