Bhogalābha (भोगलाभ).—One of the six kinds of interest, according to Bṛhaspati;—The use of a mortgaged house, or the produce of a field, is termed Bhogalābha. Bhogalābha interest shall be realised by the creditor so long as the principal remains unpaid. (See the Manubhāṣya verse 8.153)
