Bhargādi (भर्गादि).—A class of words headed by भर्ग (bharga) which are generally names of countries, the taddhita affixes अण् (aṇ) and others added to which are not elided; e. g. भार्गीं, कैकेयी, काश्मीरी (bhārgīṃ, kaikeyī, kāśmīrī); cf. Kas. on IV. 1.178.
