Bhaṅgin (भङ्गिन्).—a.

1) Frail, fragile, transient; तदपि तत्क्षणभङ्गि करोति चेत् (tadapi tatkṣaṇabhaṅgi karoti cet) Bhartṛhari 2.92; Hence भङ्गित्व (bhaṅgitva) means 'evanescence'; स च व्यापारो न तदात्वे सुखफलो भवति, नापि आयत्याम् । भङ्गित्वात् (sa ca vyāpāro na tadātve sukhaphalo bhavati, nāpi āyatyām | bhaṅgitvāt) ŚB. on MS.4.3.1.
