bhāgaṇēṃ (भागणें).—v i (bhaṅga S) To tire or weary; to get exhausted or spent. 2 fig. To bend, yield, fail, give way--a post, beam &c. 3 To sink under age or disease--the body or a person. 4 fig. and laxly. To yield to; to be disposed of by the force or virtue of; to be removed or put away by. Ex. pagāra yētō itakyānēṃ biṛhāḍakharca mātra bhāgatō; hyā udamānta vyāja mātra bhāgatēṃ; dāhā varṣēṃ rōjagāra karūna ṛṇa mātra bhāgalēṃ.
