A country (國家 [guo jia] guójiā) located in the northern (北方 [bei fang] běifāng) cold region (寒冷地帶 [han leng de dai] hánlěng dìdài). For example: "Northern country (Běiguó) scenery (風光 [feng guang] fēngguāng)".
