Bāyāṃ (बायां):—(a) left, sinistral; adverse; -[denā] to avoid; to evade; ~[pana] sinistrality; opposition; -[pāṃva/paira pūjanā] to concede superiority; to accept as superior in wits; [bāyeṃ hātha kā kāma/khela] a child’s play, very easy job; too easy to be bothered about; to do it at one’s head; [bāyeṃ hātha se ginavā lenā] to compel to pay; to oblige (somebody) to make payment of one’s due.
