1) [noun] the leg that is on the right hand side; the right leg.

2) [noun] ಬಲಗಾಲಿಟ್ಟು ಒಳಗೆ ಬರು [balagalittu olage baru](ಹೋಗು [hogu]) balagāliṭṭu oḷage baru (hōgu) (while entering into a new house or other place, said esp. to a newly wedded girl entering her husband’s house for the first time), to put the right foot first inside the house, (which observance is believed to be auspicious); ಬಲಗಾಲು ಮುಂತಾಗಿ ಬರು [balagalu mumtagi baru] (ಹೋಗು [hogu]) balagālu muntāgi baru (hōgu) = ಬಲಗಾಲಿಟ್ಟು ಒಳಗೆ ಬರು [balagalittu olage baru](ಹೋಗು [hogu]).
